Where does LISA YANG ship from and what are the delivery times?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Stockholm, Sweden. Standard international shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while express options are available for faster delivery.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all LISA YANG tags still attached.
How should I care for my cashmere garments?
To maintain the longevity of your cashmere, we recommend hand washing in cold water with a specialized wool detergent or using a professional dry cleaner. Always dry flat and never tumble dry.
Will I have to pay duties and taxes on my order?
For customers within the EU, VAT is included in the price. For international orders outside the EU, duties and taxes may be applied by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
